Jambo: REQUIRED CONSULTATION

$15.00 deposit required for new clients

Let’s find your solution! We connect with all new customers in-person or via live video chat (Zoom or FaceTime). All natural services provided. We avoid adding synthetic hair and direct heat because of the damage potential. We’ll evaluate your hair and scalp in person; discuss your hair goals, challenges and regimen; and establish prices and schedule. Required for ALL new customers and returning customers after 6 months.

Jambo: CANCEL OR NO SHOW

IN APP ONLY! LATE CANCELLATION: 40% of service fee if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to service. NO SHOW: 80% of service fee if you haven’t arrived at 20 minutes after service time begins. Payments required within 24 hours of cancellation or no show, or subsequent scheduling will be blocked and future scheduled appointments will be cancelled.

Jambo: CHILDREN & GUESTS

Must be 10+ and mature enough to sit peaceably through a full service. Services will cease and full payment must be made in the event of a meltdown. Children being serviced may be accompanied by an adult. NO OTHER ChILDREN OR GUESTS ALLOWED. Snacks and devices with headphones are welcome. 14 and up pay full price.

Prices shown are minimums. If additional time, tools and products are required to provide your hair solution due to length, density and hair/ scalp conditions that require more TLC, we’ll discuss and adjust your actual price.

Jambo: Overdue (8+ weeks)

Starting prices shown are for clients on a 4-7 week rotation. Longer intervals result in more new growth, matting, merged roots and potential damage; and require more time, products and skill. Fee starts at $20/week overdue

Jambo: Extended Hours Services

Freedom: Starter Locs

Welcome to freedom from hair tyranny! Begin your Journey with interlocked roots and braided, coiled or two-strand twisted ends; or with comb or finger coils for palm rolls. Shampoo, deep conditioning, scalp treatment, trim and basic style. Base price shown; actual price set at required consultation.

Journey: Interloc Maintenance

Keep your locs going strong with a full service maintenance solution. These packages include your shampoos, deep conditioning, moisturizing, and reti. If time permits, we’ll throw in a light trim and basic style. Consultation required for all new customers prior to initial service.

Journey: Palm Roll Maintenance

Keep your locs going strong with a full service maintenance solution. These packages include your shampoos, deep conditioning, moisturizing, and retwist. If time permits, we’ll throw in a light trim and basic style. Consultation required for all new customers prior to initial service.

Journey: Crochet Maintenance

Wicks or thick locs? Traditional locs unraveling? Loose curl pattern? Crochet Maintenance may be best to maintain your growth. Shampoo, condition, grid maintenance and crochet to pull your look together.

Journey: Loc or Braid Takedown

$35.00 deposit required

Ready to be unlocked? Your arms too short to box with braids? We can help. We’ll shampoo, deep condition and detangle locs or remove braids. Hourly rate for a complete or partial service, maximum 6 hours/day. Length of time for removal primarily determined by your curl pattern, texture, and the amount of time locs or braids have been in.

Protection: Cornrows, Twists, Knots

Cornrows braid the hair close to the scalp for chic raised braids. Twists — on or off the scalp — add an elegant touch to protective styling. Bantu knots evoke royalty! Includes shampoo and deep conditioning, basic treatments and trims. No hair added — natural hair only. Prices shown for full head.

Reparations: Shampoo + Treatments

Hair Bath service cleanses and moisturizes your hair without a reti or retwist. Bond repair services are required for color clients as needed. Loc reattachments/repair pricing is per loc. Detox, bond maintenance and loc reattachments/repairs are add-ons to loc maintenance services.

Wazuri: Style Add-Ons

Add style, flair, and personality to your look with unique and statement-making loc styles and accessories. Petals, two strands, Bantu knots, pipe cleaners and other lengthy, intricate styles are add-ons.

Wazuri: Color Add-Ons

Styles, cuts and color solutions. Must be added to shampoo and/or maintenance services.

Wazuri: Loc Cuts & Barber Services

Loc Cuts enhance your locs length and style. Barber Services provide that clean finish to hairlines and facial hair.
